The result of the J&K Combined Competitive Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2009, held on 23 and 24th of May 2009, is declared as per Annexure “A” to this notification.

The Commission has fixed 208.81 marks secured by a candidate, of all the candidates who have appeared in the Preliminary Examination, as the minimum cut off marks for a candidate for being admitted to the Main Examination.

The Commission has made the short listing in pursuance to the Sub rule (2) of Rule 8 of Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination Rule, 2008 and the law laid down including the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in A. P. Public Service Commission Versus Baloji Badhavath & ors (Civil Appeal No. 2244 of 2009)
