Indore News :: Heavy Rainfall In Indore, High Alert

Indore News : High alert has been sounded as rain wreaked havoc in this city, disrupting rail and road traffic. At least 18 mm rainfall has been recorded here since morning till 11 am today.

The water entered several houses in Sheikh Nagar. Around hundred people have been rescued to safe place. Eighteen mm rainfall has been recorded since morning here.

The district administration has announced vacation for today following the heavy rain.

Heavy rain has stalled traffic moved on Indore-Bhopal route, while waterlogging on track near Rau-Rajendranagar has stopped trains' operation between Indore-Muhu.

Rain has also delayed several flights
